A series of decree approved by the Government of Angola in the course of the years opened the way for the realization of the Catholic University of Angola. The incessant collaboration between the Catholic Church, the Angolan Government and the Angola Educational Assistance Fund/Citizens Energy, has made possible the passing of a modern and visionary legislation that should be taken as an example of how government regulations and private sector initiative can go hand in hand in encouraging and contributing to the development of the civil society.
